Warranty Claim

All Gioluca watches are covered by a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase.  In the event that a watch is received with any minor or major faults, Gioluca Watches apologises for any defects and is here to help repair/replace your faulty watch as soon as possible.

Replacements & Exchanges

In the event that the customer receives the incorrect product or changes their mind on which product they would like, Gioluca Watches will allow for an exchange of products in the same range. Given that all dimensions, a detailed description and numerous product photographs are provided on the website, Gioluca Watches does not allow for refunds in the event that the customer no longer wants the product they have purchased, only exchanges. An exchange will only be granted if the product is in the same condition as it was received. All exchanges or replacements accompanied by the receipt dated within 30 days of purchase will be handled free of charge. Otherwise, a small handling fee of $12.00 per watch (after 30 days) is due. The replacement item will also carry a 12 month guarantee from date of original purchase, is subject to replacement of the same item only and may not be exchanged for a different item.

To file for an exchange and receive a return shipping label please contact our support team at support@gioluca.com. If your country is not able to receive a shipping label you will need to post the item back to Gioluca Watches and provide a valid receipt to be provided with a refund for the shipping expense.

A minor fault is anything that can be easily fixed either by the customer themselves or Gioluca Watches. In the event of a minor fault Gioluca Watches support team may propose a number of options to the customer about how the item can be fixed or replaced. This may include sending the customer any tools or parts required to make the repair. In the event that the customer does not wish to make the repair him or herself, they must send the faulty watch back to Gioluca Watches. To return your product to Gioluca Watches please contact our support team at support@gioluca.com to receive a return shipping label. If your country is not able to receive a shipping label you will need to post the item back to Gioluca Watches and provide a valid receipt to be provided with a refund for the shipping expense.

A major fault constitutes anything that cannot be easily fixed and does not allow the product to perform its basic function. This includes problems such as a watch stopping, losing time, etc. In the event of a major fault, Gioluca Watches will pay any and all return shipping expenses. To return your product to Gioluca Watches please contact our support team (support@gioluca.com) to receive a return shipping label. For a major fault the product will only be repaired or replaced, however, full refunds for the product may be granted at the discretion of a Gioluca Watches representative.

In the event that you wish to file for an exchange or warranty claim, please email support@gioluca.com and provide them with the reason for your request as well as any relevant evidence that may be required. You will then be provided with a return shipping label and returns form that must be sent back with your watch. If your country is not able to receive a shipping label you will need to post the item back to Gioluca Watches and provide a valid receipt to be provided with a refund for the shipping expense.

Refunds are accepted if your item is returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. Shipping charges are non refundable.

How to prepare your watch for postage

Wrap the watch individually in tissue paper for mailing protection. The watch must be either boxed or in a padded envelope.

Any excess room in the box must be filled in with tissues, paper towels, or crumpled newspaper so that the watch will not rattle when the box is shaken. Your local post office will inform you of the exact postage necessary when you go to mail your package. 

Please note: Before you seal the package, ensure the correct return address is on the outside of the package as well as on the reverse side of the returns form. Fill out the returns form completing the details entirely. Attach your receipt.
